The Process
The process from your old deck to brand new.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Contact us by phone or email, or fill out our contact form, and we will organise a time for a free consultation and quote. During this time we will discuss the job and come up with solutions to any potential problems. We will also asses your existing deck's structure, and discuss whether merbau or composite decking is best replacement for you. We can also discuss any wanted additions to your deck, such as adding stairs or bench seats. This time will also allow you to ask any remaining questions you may have.

OFFICIAL QUOTE AND DEPOSIT

Following our initial consultation you will be emailed an official quote within a few days. Outside of any later additions you request, this will be the final price, no hidden extras, no cost blowouts. You will also be sent a contract with terms and conditions and the scope of works, and a warranty contract. Once these have been returned signed, we will organise a start date, for which a 10% deposit is required to confirm.

REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL

On the scheduled start date we will arrive at 8am. We only do one job at a time, so from this day we will be with you until your job is finished. On the first day of works your old decking boards will be removed and taken away, and any necessary repairs to the frame will be made. Your new decking boards will also be delivered.
